A: Our facility features 24/7 monitored CCTV, discreet high-spec security systems, and a secure, private location. We treat every vehicle with utmost care, ensuring your car is protected day and night.
Q: Can I access my vehicle during storage? A: Yes. Depending on your chosen storage package, you can access your vehicle with 24 to 48 hours’ notice. We offer flexible access options to suit your needs.

A: Our onsite workshop team can provide routine servicing, mechanical repairs, detailing, and pre-storage preparation to keep your vehicle in peak condition throughout storage.

A: Absolutely! We offer track day preparation services, including suspension tuning, brake upgrades, and performance mapping to help you get the most out of your car on the circuit.

A: We accept debit and credit cards (VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro), as well as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna.

A: Yes, we offer pay later services through Klarna and PayPal.

Delivery
Q: What are your delivery charges?
A: Standard delivery costs £4.95 per order to mainland UK addresses for purchases from smgmotorsport.com.
- Free shipping on orders over £100.00.
- Flat rate shipping of £25.00 applies for orders including tyres.
Shipping and delivery times are estimated based on item availability and order cut-off times (details available at checkout).
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Contact us at sales@smgmotorsport.com to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to:
SMG Motorsport, Unit 2, Upper Triley Farm, Abergavenny NP7 8DF.
Return shipping labels and instructions will be provided once your return is accepted. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Q: What items cannot be returned? A: Custom, built-to-order, personalised products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damages and Issues
Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect? A: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Q: How do I exchange an item?
A: The quickest way to get a new item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Warranties & Guarantees
Q: Do you provide warranties?
A: Any warranties or guarantees are those supplied by the manufacturer or supplier only. If none are provided by them, we do not supply a warranty or guarantee.
Refunds
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
If you haven’t received a refund after 20 business days, please contact us.

Q: Where is SMG Motorsport located?
A: We’re based just outside Abergavenny, South Wales, with easy access from the M4 and M5 motorways and only 5 minutes from Abergavenny Train Station.
Q: Is there parking available onsite? A: Yes, we have secure parking available for customers and vehicle storage clients.
